Booking Terms & Conditions​

1. Rates and Payments

  • Rates for treatments are determined by the date the service is rendered, not the date of payment or booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 2 days before the treatment to confirm the booking.
  • If the booking is made within 2 days of the appointment, payment must be made immediately to secure the slot.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 2 days before the appointment qualify for a refund via EFT within 7 working days. A refund form can be requested from us.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling made 2 days prior to the treatment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded as a voucher.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling made on the day of the treatment will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund provided.
  • Treatments canceled on the day of the booking are not refundable.
  • If part of a group booking is canceled on the day (e.g., one or more group members do not attend or opt out), no refund will be provided for those portions.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment also incur a 100% cancellation fee.

3. Vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers may be used partially and may be combined with other offers.
  • Vouchers follow the same cancellation policy as other payment methods and will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled on the day of the treatment.

4. Pregnancy and Medical Conditions

  • Clients must disclose pregnancy, medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatments to ensure safety and appropriate treatment selection.

5. Children and Guests

  • Children may not be left unsupervised in the spa.
  • Guests accompanying clients may sit quietly outside to maintain the tranquil environment.

6. Arrival Time

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled treatment to ensure a relaxed start.

7. Client Etiquette

  • In cases of inappropriate behavior, the therapist will stop the treatment immediately, and no refund will be issued.

8. Liability Waiver

  • While all care is taken to provide safe and effective treatments, the spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes unless caused by negligence.
  • By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept this waiver.

9. Changes by the Spa

  • The spa reserves the right to adjust appointment schedules or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Appropriate notice will be provided should such changes occur.

10. No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a booked appointment will result in the full cost being charged or the forfeiture of a voucher, if applicable.
